In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Fleet to Glory Ltd. "You" means anyone who visits this website, signs up for the workshop, joins the program or receives our text messages. By doing any of these things, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.
2 Who can use our services
Our website, workshop, program and text messages are for adults. You must be 18 or older to sign up, buy, or opt in to texts. By using our services, you confirm that you are. We do not knowingly collect data from, or send messages to, anyone under 18.
3 Text messages (SMS)
Fleet to Glory Ltd (trading as Kamali Kumanan, Life Coach & Manifestation Mentor) operates this text messaging program. When you enter your mobile number on our sign-up form and tick the text-message consent box, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Fleet to Glory Ltd at that number. You can expect messages such as:
- workshop registration confirmations, join links, reminders and replay information
- program session reminders, schedule changes and accountability check-ins
- customer care replies to your questions and support requests
- occasional news and promotional offers about our workshops, program and events
- Message frequency and rates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Ask your mobile provider about your plan if you're unsure.
- How to opt out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the short code or number. After you send the message "STOP" to us, we will send you a reply message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
- Help and support. If you are experiencing any problems with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or get help directly at [email protected] or [+447941583346].
- Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Age restriction. You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to our SMS program.
- Not a condition of purchase. You don't have to agree to texts to sign up for the workshop or buy the program.
- Your number. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.

4 Emails
When you sign up or buy, we'll email you about the workshop or program, and occasionally about future workshops and related offers. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. While you're a program client, we'll still send the emails you need to access it, such as receipts and session links.
5 What we offer
We provide personal-development education: a free live online workshop, a paid group coaching program with live sessions on Zoom, workbooks and journals, a private online community, and related events. We may update program content, schedules, bonuses and formats from time to time. If we have to move a live session, we'll tell you as early as we can and offer a new time or a recording.
6 Coaching, not professional advice
Our workshop and program are coaching and education. They are not therapy, counselling, medical care or mental-health treatment, and they don't replace care from a qualified professional. If you are in crisis, please contact your local emergency services or a crisis line straight away.
Anything we teach about money, budgeting, investing, income, careers or business is general education only. We do not give personal financial, investment, tax, accounting or legal advice. Speak to a qualified, regulated professional before making those decisions.
7 Results
What you get from this work depends on you: your effort, consistency, circumstances and choices. We teach principles and practices. We do not promise any particular result, including any level of income or wealth. Any client stories or examples we share describe individual experiences and are not typical or guaranteed. You are responsible for your own decisions and actions.
8 Payments and refunds
- Price. The price and currency are shown on the checkout page before you pay. Card payments are handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Payment plans. If you choose a payment plan, you're agreeing to pay the full program price, and you authorise us to take each instalment on the agreed dates. It isn't a subscription you can cancel part-way. If a payment fails, we may pause your access until it's paid.
- Refunds. [REFUND POLICY, e.g. "You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of buying, as long as you have attended no more than two live sessions. Email [email protected] to request one."]
- Your legal rights. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including any right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. If you ask us to start the program within 14 days of buying, you may have to pay for the part already provided if you cancel.
- Billing questions. If you think you've been charged in error, please email us first so we can put it right quickly.
9 Live sessions and recordings
Our live workshop and program sessions may be recorded and shared with participants as replays. If you prefer not to appear, keep your camera off and use a first name or nickname on Zoom. We will tell you at the start of each session if it is being recorded. We won't use your name, image or story in public marketing without asking you first.
Please don't record, screenshot for sharing, or rebroadcast any session without our written permission.
10 Community
Our private community is a space for honest, supportive growth. When you join, you agree to:
- treat other members with respect, and keep what they share private
- not harass, bully or discriminate against anyone
- not promote your own products or services without our permission
- not post anything unlawful, harmful or misleading
11 Our content
Everything on this website and in our workshop and program belongs to Fleet to Glory Ltd or Kamali Kumanan. That includes the HEAL → ALIGN → CREATE → PROSPER → LEAD → LEGACY framework, the 5 Dimensions of Abundance, program names, videos, workbooks, journals, slides and recordings. You may use the materials for your own personal development. You may not copy, sell, share your login, teach them to others, or build your own program from them without our written permission.
12 Other services we use
We use trusted providers to run our services, such as GoHighLevel for our website, forms, emails and texts, and Zoom for live sessions. Your use of those tools may also be covered by their own terms. We aren't responsible for other websites we link to.
13 Our liability
We take care to provide a good service, but our website and services are provided "as is", and we can't promise they will always be available or error-free.
We are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses, or for loss of profits, income or business opportunity. Our total liability to you for any claim about a purchase is limited to the amount you paid us for it. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under UK law.
14 Ending access
We may suspend or remove access to the program or community if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, for example by sharing our materials or mistreating other members. Where it's fair to do so, we'll warn you first.
15 Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can hear any dispute. If you live elsewhere in the UK or in another country, you keep any protection your local consumer law gives you and can also bring a claim in your local courts.
16 Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when they last changed. If we make significant changes, we will let you know by email.
