2 What we collect

  • When you sign up for the workshop: your first name, email address and mobile phone number.
  • When you join the program: your name, email, phone number and billing details. Card payments are handled by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
  • When you attend a live session: your name as shown on Zoom, and anything you choose to share in the chat or Q&A.
  • When you visit the website: technical data such as your IP address, device, browser, pages visited and how you arrived (for example, from a Facebook or Instagram ad). This is collected through cookies and similar tools. See section 8.
  • When you contact us or reply to an email or text: the content of your message.

3 How we use it, and our legal basis

  • To register you for the workshop and send your join link, reminders and replay information. Legal basis: to deliver the service you asked for.
  • To send you text message reminders and promotional messages about the workshop and program. Legal basis: your consent, given by ticking the SMS consent box on our registration form. Ticking the box is optional and is not required to register.
  • To send you emails about the program, future workshops and related offers. Legal basis: your consent, or our legitimate interest in following up with people who signed up for our free workshop. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
  • To process your payment and give you access to the program. Legal basis: to perform our contract with you.
  • To measure and improve our ads and website. Legal basis: your consent to non-essential cookies.
  • To keep business, tax and accounting records. Legal basis: legal obligation.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data, and we do not pass it to anyone for their own marketing. We do not use it for automated decisions that have a legal or similarly significant effect on you.

4 Text messages (SMS)

Fleet to Glory Ltd sends text messages to people who tick the SMS consent box on our sign-up form. We text you workshop confirmations, join links, reminders, replay information, program session reminders, support replies, and occasional news and offers about our workshops and program.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Text STOP to opt out at any time. We will send one confirmation message and then stop. Reply HELP for help, or contact our support team at [email protected]. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Your mobile number is handled only by the subcontractors that operate our messaging and support systems on our instructions (see section 5). You must be 18 or older to opt in.

5 Service providers we use

We use trusted subcontractors to run our business and support our clients. They act only on our instructions, may use your data only to provide their service to us, and may not use it for their own purposes:

  • GoHighLevel: our website, forms, contact database, email and text messaging.
  • Zoom: to host the live workshop and program sessions.
  • Stripe: to process payments securely.
  • Meta (Facebook and Instagram): to measure and improve our ads. See section 8.
  • Our accountants and professional advisers, where needed.
  • Drogon Consulting, which manages our website, ads and funnel on our behalf.

We may also disclose data if the law requires it, or to protect our legal rights. None of these providers receive your text messaging opt-in data or consent for their own use.

6 International transfers

Some of our providers are based in, or store data in, the United States and other countries outside the UK. When your data is transferred outside the UK, we rely on safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or the provider's certification under the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

7 How long we keep it

  • Workshop sign-ups who don't buy: until you unsubscribe, or for up to 24 months after your last interaction with us, whichever comes first.
  • Program clients: for as long as you are a client, then for 6 years for tax and accounting purposes.
  • Recordings of live sessions: for as long as the program replays are available to clients.

After that, we delete or anonymise your data.

8 Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel, to understand how visitors use our site and to measure our ads. Non-essential cookies are only set if you agree to them in our cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time through the cookie settings link in the footer, or by clearing cookies in your browser.

You can also manage ad preferences in your Facebook and Instagram settings.

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:

  • ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • ask us to correct data that is wrong or incomplete
  • ask us to delete your data
  • object to, or ask us to limit, how we use your data
  • ask us to transfer your data to you or another organisation
  • withdraw your consent at any time (this doesn't affect anything we did before you withdrew it)
  • object to direct marketing at any time

To use any of these rights, email [email protected]. We will reply within one month.

10 Live sessions and recordings

Our live workshop and program sessions may be recorded. If you prefer not to appear, keep your camera off and use a first name or nickname on Zoom. We will tell you at the start of each session if it is being recorded.

11 Keeping your data safe

We use reputable providers with appropriate security measures, and we limit access to your data to the people who need it to serve you. No method of sending data over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

12 Children

Our website, workshop and program are for adults. They are not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

13 Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed. If we make significant changes, we will let you know by email.
